Welcome to STRYK 3D Fabrication. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the STRYK 3D Fabrication website and all related services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Products and Services

STRYK 3D Fabrication specialises in 3D-printed products for the sport shooting market. All products are manufactured to order unless otherwise stated. Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the final product.

3. Orders and Payment

  • All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of all applicable costs unless otherwise stated.
  • VAT is not applicable as STRYK 3D Fabrication is not currently VAT-registered.
  • Full payment is required before production begins unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
  • We accept payment via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) and cash.

4. Production and Delivery

  • Production times vary depending on the complexity and quantity of the order.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and will be communicated before payment.
  • Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover to the courier.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Custom-made products are non-refundable unless defective.
  • If a product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
  • Refunds or replacements for defective products will be processed within 14 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and content on this website are the property of STRYK 3D Fabrication and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

STRYK 3D Fabrication shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of South Africa.
